Happy Halloween!!!

Today is Halloween! Me and mommy went to our cousin Kim, Norm and Deuces house. Deuces was a ghost rider, he had a little ghost on his back. He was really hyper and jumped on me and gave me kisses on my hand.

Then we went to my Tia Loretta's house and my cousin Brian came by, I had to bring my guitar in her house. I played my guitar and Tia sang Old Macdonald...it was really fun

I showed Brian how good I was with Mommy's phone and how I get into everything..he came over once before and he showed me how to draw dinosaurs. I told mommy I wanted him to come over again so we can play dinos and draw together.

Last we went to Tio and Bri's house. You can see Lucky in this picture, he wanted to be in the picture so mommy made sure she got him in lol. I had a really good Halloween, I got some candy and got to spend the day with alot of family!

Just Mommy and Me

Mommy and me are always together..we do so many different things! We play dinos, watch movies, bake, cook, play doctor, draw, do puzzles, and go shopping!

We always have so much fun! I always say,"mommy u funny!"

My Pumpkins and costume!

Mommy painted a pumpkin for me..it was a Dinosaur! It was really cool and looked just like a stegasaurous. I painted the small pumpkin on the left.

I dressed up as a Doctor for Halloween, although I still didn't really understand what Halloween was about. I knew I was supposed to say Trick-Or-Treat and then I get candy.

Today we went to Tio's house because today is his real birthday. Bri had balloons and streamers all over their house. Tio had a party hat on but I wouldn't put one on.

Me and Mommy went to the Disney Store at the mall, they had a thing called, The Art of Animation and since I love to draw Mommy thought it would be fun to go. I was the only kid there!! The lady said I was her youngest artist shes had. She sat down on the floor with mommy and was showing me how to draw Mickey Mouse. I started really good, then I just did my own drawing lol. We are supposed to go back for another activity there.

My First Halloween Party!!!

Mommy bought me a bunch of different costumes, but I would not put any of them on. The first one was a dinosaur, which was pretty cool but it was too small and I didn't want the headpiece on, Then Mommy and Nana bought me a monkey and a spider costume but I wouldn't put either of those on!! Mommy finally thought of scrubs since I like to play doctor with my dinosaurs.

My shirt says "Doctor in Training." My scrubs were pretty comfy and I had my slip on shoes that mommy says real doctors wear. No one else was dressed as a doctor at the party!

I saw a lot of cousins that I had not met before and everyone was in different costumes. I got to eat some fruit snacks and chocolate pudding..well I tasted the pudding but I only ate one bite.

Happy Birthday Tio!!!

Today Tio, Bri, and Nino came over for Tio's birthday. We sang Happy Birthday to him and I got to help blow out his candles too! After we blew out the candles I wanted a taste of the icing so I stuck my finger on the edge and licked my finger...it was yummy!

 

Painting my Pumpkin

Mommy bought pumpkins the other day and I got to paint one of them.

It was really fun to paint the pumpkin, Mommy had to keep turning the pumpkin so I could paint all the way around it.

Indy Museum... AGAIN!!

I love going to this museum because they have so much for me to look at and do! There were a bunch of hot wheels cars there.

I got to get in a buldozer thing like Caillou did on one of his shows!

I really liked this car because it was shiny and green..I like the color green!

I didn't want to leave the museum, when we were walking out the doors I started crying because I didn't want to leave the dinosaurs.. but mommy and Nana said that we would come back to see them again soon.

I had never seen live music before and the guys on the stage were really good. I mean they were no Scott but they were good..lol. One of the guys had a harmonica, I had never seen one of those before..that was pretty cool. I checked out the whole place, they have an upstairs which is where I saw all the pictures and guitars and then I went up front so that Mommy could pick out which shirt she wanted to buy and I got to meet Buddy Guy's son!! He was reallynice and funny, I saw a book on the counter and I said " wanna see Buddy Guy" and pointed to the book, his son thought it was neat that I knew his dad and liked his music already. He said he wished his dad could have heard me say that lol. I also kept asking for Scott, because I saw his pictures all over the place in there.  

 

 

Nana and Papa always go to Legends in Chicago, and tonight I finally got to go check it out! It was Mommy's first time there too! It was really cool to see all the pictures and there were so many guitars all over the walls.

Future Artist!!!

You already know how much I like to draw, but I like to draw in different places. I draw at my table, the floor, on my other table in my bedroom, and on the porch.

 

Me and My Papa

 I love being with my Papa, as soon as he gets home from work I want to just be with. We don't even have to do anything, I just like to be next to him.

I try to help Papa with whatever he is doing, I usually copy whatever he's doing. We sit at his computer and listen and watch Scott Holt...who is my Favorite right now, and Stevie Ray Vaughn videos. I watch Scott on Momma's phone, Papa's phone, the tv in the living room and Nana even bought me my own little boombox so I can listen to Scott!

I was helping Papa hang up a picture for Mommy.

 

I was painting and Papa came and sat down with me, of course we were watching Stevie Ray Vaughn on the tv. I like to listen to music when I draw.

This was at Riverview Park and it was a family get together. These are all of my cousins in this picture.

 

Oh yea my Mommy got accepted into the Nursing Program at Ivy Tech!!! Everyone in the family is so proud of her because she really wants to be an RN and work in an ER again!! Mommy is so grateful to have Nana and Papa here to help her out and watch me when she goes to school..which is 5 days a week! Its a lot on mommy doing it all on her own but she says its all for me, I don't understand what she means but she said I'll understand it better when I get older.

I try to visit Tio and Bri as much as I can, Tio and Bri work, Mommy has school and homework so its not easy to find time when everyone is free. I miss being able to see Tio everyday but it is really cool to go to his house...he has a HUGE backyard that I get to play in, plus I get to see Baby Lucky and Popkorn when I go over there!

I like drawing in Pen, I don't like to use a pencil or colored pencils. Sometimes I will use a crayon to draw but I mostly stick to my pens and markers. I work very hard at my drawings and mommy saves most of them, she already has a decent collection of my art lol.

Cousin Brian came by and guess what?!?! He can draw REALLY good! He drew dinosaurs for me, I told him which ones to draw and he did! They weren't like mommy, nana or papa's dinos...they looked like actual dinos!! I just watched his hand when he was drawing, I hope I can get that good when I get older! I was showing Brian my dinosaur book and watching Dinosaur Train with him. He was cool to hang out with!

I also love going to the library now too! I don't get the kids books, I get the educational ones..usually about dinosaurs or animals. I like to get books on monkeys, lions, hippos, dinos, any animal I think of. I sit here and draw, watch tv, eat a snack and relax.

I was saying CHEESE!!! lol

Playing Catch Up!

Ok, so Mommy hasn't been keeping up with my posts on here and now she is really behind! Almost 6 months behind!! So I'm gonna try to fill you in on whats been going on since June.
* Well I turned 2 on June 3rd but I was really sick with a fever so mommy had to have my party at a later date.
* I still love dinosaurs, now I have a few dinosaur books...and they aren't the ones for little kids, they are the educational ones. The only dinosaur book that is a kids book and a story is Dinosaurumpus! I have been reading a lot more books now too, and I ask mommy to read that book almost every night. I am very opinionated on what I wear..most of the time it has to have a dinosaur on it or I won't put it on. I also have to take at least one dinosaur with when I go bye bye. I just started taking my big triceratops out but he takes up a lot of room so sometimes I have to leave him in the car.
* I can count from 1 to 11..sometimes I skip a couple of numbers but if you say a number I can say what comes next!
* I know my colors! I know blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink, and purple!
* I have also started drawing! I have a couple of notebooks that mommy got me and a dinosaur pencil case, that I keep my pens in. I sit at one of my tables and just draw, sometimes I say I'm drawing a dinosaur, a happy face, or a doggy. Mommy saw that I really like to draw and that I concentrate on what I'm drawing so she bought me my own little plastic container that has 3 drawers. The first drawer I have all my crayons, 2nd drawer I have my markers, and 3rd drawer I have all my paper. I don't really like to color, I would much rather scribble something on paper. I can sit and draw for about an hour and not do anything else! Mommy says that my dad was a really good artist and since I have always held a pen/pencil the right way she says I'm gonna be an artist too!
* I still watch the same shows Caillou, Barney, Dino Dan, Dinosaur Train, and now I watch Arthur, Pocoyo, and the fesh beat band.
* My Nana and Papa listen to this music called, The Scott Holt Band ( he's the guy Papa had at their anniversary party), well now I really like him too! I ask "Put Scott On Tv Please" all the time and in the car I have to listen to Scott, he just rocks that guitar!! I want to be a guitar player too someday! I like to listen to Scott and Stevie Ray Vaughn the most but I also like Michael Jackson..I watch his movie- This Is It and I dance along with him. Anytime I hear music I dance!
* I am very good at repeating what I hear, Yesterday I heard Nana say "geez oh pete" so I said, " geez oh pete Nana" " its ok Nana" I have a very big vocabulary and am still learning new words everyday.

My birthday cake was all cupcakes and in the shape of a #2 it was pretty cool!

Me and Tio, I love being with him, but I don't get to see him as much as I used to because he works a lot.

Me and Mommy! She looked so pretty in her dress, I've never seen Mommy in a dress before so I kept telling her "pretty Mommy"

Me with my Nana and Papa!! I am Papa's Little Buddy!! Whenever Papa is around I don't want anyone else..I want to be just like Papa, I copy everything he does!
