Everything is so funny to me!

Mommy always makes me laugh..she does something silly or makes a funny sound. I also know how to say "bye bye", and I used to just open and close my hand and say "bye bye" but I have just found out that I can bend my wrist too. So now when I say bye, Mommy laughs.

Curly or Straight... That is the question.

Mommy and Gamma always brush my hair as soon as I get out of the bathtub. They put lotion on me and whatever is left on their hands they rub on my hair. Mommy says to get the fly aways..but I never see any flies. If Mommy doesnt brush my hair when its still wet it, it dries curly.

It doesn't matter to me how my hair is, I know I'm going to look good either way..lol.

My Mommy and Daddy's hair is curly so I think mine will be too. I will be 9 months in a few days and I have to go to the Dr. for my check-up. I hope I don't have to get poked..because that is no fun!

This and That

I helped Tio with his work the other day. I like pushing the buttons on the keyboard. With my help; we were done with his work very quickly.

Since my favorite color is green, I saw this towel and I liked it. Its my favorite because its a frog AND its green! Plus it keeps me warm when we go from the bathroom to my room.

Mommy and I went shopping today and it was soo nice outside. I have never been in my carseat without something covering me so I had fun looking at everything. Me and Mommy went to Target(Mommy favorite store) and I got some orajel and my first toothbrush. Mommy says now you can feel my teeth on the bottom poking thru but all I know is that they are bugging me alot more.

Mommy also bought me a new carseat. This one looks really nice and more roomier. Mommy said I'm to heavy to carry in my carseat. (Madden's carseat is the heaviest one made...I think). And since I'm getting bigger I had to get a bigger seat. I'm excited to ride in it. I think I'm going to be much more comfortable. Now Mommy won't hurt her back carrying me( 19 lbs) and my carseat ( 10 lbs) anymore. I have been sitting in shopping carts when we go shopping and I have fun just looking at everything..sometimes I try to talk to other people I see but they act like they can't understand me. Oh yea and I'm a Colts fan.. have a lot of stuff with Colts on it and its Mommy's favorite team too. Even though I'm getting older..I'm not to old to still suck my thumb.

Tio and (soon to be Tia)Briana's Dinner!!

Today Mommy got me dressed nice and we went to Old Chicago for My Tio and Briana's engagement dinner. There were alot of people there who I didn't know but I guess I'll get to know them because mommy says we are going to be family. Me and Mommy sat next to Nino.. I know my Nino because I see him every Sunday when he comes to visit. We always play when he visits. As you can see I have an owie on my chin. Yesterday I was playing and I was standing up holding onto Mommy bedskirt and I slipped and hit my chin. I cried for a little while but before I even stopped crying I wanted to go play. So Mommy hugged me for a little longer, ( I think Mommy was more upset than I was.)

I had a nice night out with everyone and when we left I was so tired because me, Mommy and Gamma had went shopping earlier in the day. So as soon as Mommy got on the highway I was out!

My own Water Bottle

  I started to try and drink out of Mommy's water bottle but it would come out to fast and then I would choke and get all wet. So Mommy found little water bottles just for me and the water comes out just right. And they are little just like me! I love to drink water, I'm not that into juices yet. I'll stick with water for a little while.

I love to go downstairs and play. I don't watch the big tv down there but I walk along the couch and play with my toys. It is more relaxing down there because mommy and Gamma don't let the dogs down there but when we first get down there Mommy vaccuums. I love the vaccuum, everytime I see it I get really excited and I can't wait for it to start. I like it because its kinda loud and it has a little light on the front of it.

8 Months old

Today I'm 8 months old. I dont feel any different but Mommy says I'm acting older. I'm pretty good at standing up and sitting back down and now I sit on my knees sometimes. My balance isn't perfect but I'm doing ok. I make things very interesting when Mommy tries to change my diaper now.. I try to flip on my belly because sometimes its just so boring laying there. I don't win, mommy always makes me lay there until shes done changing me. I like to stay busy, there is so much new stuff to see and touch I try to do as much as I can..( or what mommy lets me do.)

Blizzard of 2011

Mommy put me in my snow suit and we went outside to take some pictures

 I had never felt snow on my face before..it was very cold and wet, It kept getting on my eyelashes. The snow was blowing all over and it was hard to see.

Mommy says this blizzard will be talked about for a long time so she wanted me to have pictures in it.

When I looked out the kitchen window the snow was almost up to it. It was so cool seeing all of the snow.

Gampa even took a quick break while snowblowing to play in the snow.. he was outside all day working hard, if I was older I would've went to help him.
