New Year's Eve...

I LOVE to cook! Everyone knows that because I'm always making sopa and let everyone taste some...it's really good! I always say mmhh good, good. I got TWO kitchens!! Mommy wasn't sure what to do so Tio said that he would keep one at his house and we would keep the other in my playroom. Tio likes to cook too, so now when I go over there we can pretend cook together! 

Nino came over today because its Sunday so I showed him my kitchen and cooked for him. 

Mommy and Nana say I'm gonna be a chef..they call me Chef Madden!!

I also LOVE to draw and color!! I only get my crayons when I'm in my high chair so I don't make a mess, but I can color and draw for a long time! I like my doodle..and I usually draw with my right hand and suck my left thumb. That helps me concentrate!

Mommy was trying to get me to stay up to midnight, for the new year but I was so tired.

Mommy gave me a bath and put me in my pjs, and we layed down and I fell asleep about 11:30pm. I was close, but I vouldn't stay awake any longer.

Christmas!!

Today is Christmas! I got to wear my Christmas Pjs. Tio and Bri came over so we could all open presents together. I hadn't really opened alot of presents before so I needed a little help to get started. The first gift I opened was from Tio and Bri..it was my little people farm!

I always see Nana and Mommy vacuuming so I used to pretend my shopping cart was a vacuum, so Nana and Papa bought me my very own vacuum!

Once I got the hang of opening the gifts, I was having a lot of fun!

I took my time and ripped the paper off of my last gift.

I love the Sprout channel and I really like Chica, she is on the Sunny Side Up show in the morning and she celebrates kids birthdays everyday!! Mommy and Nana surprised me by getting me a Chica stuffed animal!

After we opened all of the presents, I was really tired so I just sat down and watched the Caillou Holiday Movie. I had a great Christmas even though I didn't really understand much I had a lot of fun! Mommy says next year I will understand more and be more excited.

Oh Christmas Tree..

And here goes Mommy again with the pictures!!

Mommy put the decorations on the Christmas Tree! It looks really pretty. I love when the lights are on, sometimes I point to the tree and say " On, On" and then Mommy or Nana turn them on..even if its not dark out.

Mommy says I'm getting to be a big boy now! I just turned a year and a half, I keep mommy very busy.

Since I'm always around Mommy and Nana I see that they are always vacuuming. I pretend I vacuum with my shopping cart, and sometimes I even make the "bbrrrrmmm" sound when I push it back and forth. But sometimes I just suck my thumb and vacuum. I also say "keen" I pretend I'm cleaning with my sock. I'm also a good cook! I have my spoon and bowl and I'll put my cheerios in it and stir it. I'll stir it for a while sometimes then I'll say "done" or "hot" and blow on it. Papa says I need tools and a toolbench, but I am always with either Momma or Nana and they are always cooking, cleaning, and vacuuming! I'm sure when summer comes I will love being outside with papa "working" in the garage!

Okay mom..enough pictures..

Mommy is always trying to take pictures of us! I'm not good at smiling when she says to so she usually has to tickle me or make me laugh somehow to get me to smile.

On another note..I love lotion!! I say "hand" and that means I want some lotion in my hand..sometimes I rub my hands together and it feels cool, other times I sneak and eat some. Nana says that mommy did that when she was little, so I should be allowed to do it..but she stops me most of the time.

18 Months old! and Playing with cousins!!

Today I got to see my other cousins! I had so much fun over there! All of my cousins are around my age, Anthony is 2 1/2, Brion is almost 2, and Kai is a day older then me! We were playing with this tiger that sang a song and we were all dancing around it.

Me and Kai always get along real good, we are always by each other..She has always liked my hair, she always touches it. I guess because we were born a day apart and we are both laid back.

Nino, Nino, Nino

Today we went out to surprise my Nino for his Birthday!

I saw a bunch of my cousins who I hadn't seen in a while there!!

Mommy got Nino a lamp that looked like a leg..Nino was very happy when he opened it. I didn't understand why he was so happy to get a leg lamp.

Every Sunday Nino comes over and I usually bring him all my stuffed animals to hold, then I ask him to pick me up so I can sit with them all.

I'm sure he doesn't mind... and I'm getting better and talking too, I say "Nino" really good now!

Thanksgiving 2011

Me and mommy took pictures after everyone left because she forgot while they were here. I was soo tired, I didn't even want to take a bath..I just wanted to have my baba and go to sleep. But Mommy always gives me a bath before bed.

I got a lot of compliments on my shirt, It looked like I was wearing dog tags and sunglasses. Mommy always says that she dresses me better than herself. I think mommy always looks nice!

After my bath, I got in my cool pajamas that have basketballs, footballs, and soccer balls on it. I LOVE CAILLOU!! Every morning before my eyes are open all the way I say, Caillou, Caillou...until mommy puts him on tv. I used to just watch Barney but I'm picking out more things to watch. I still like Barney..but I like a lot more shows now. Mommy usually asks me what I wanna watch, " Barney, Super Why, Caillou, Dinos( Dinosaur Train) or my newest fav..Toy Story!"

After watching Caillou for a while I passed out!!...

Christmas Pictures

Every year me and Mommy get Christmas pictures, I cried a little during the shoot but my pictures still came out good!

My New PlayRoom!!!

So Mommy and Papa have been working on my new PlayRoom. Mommy really liked this color green so she bought it as soon as she saw it at the store. Mommy and Nana picked out my letters, Sesame Street Characters, and the polka dots that are on my wall. Papa and Mommy got the new carpet, which is really soft, and they put it in my room in one night! You can see my bookshelf/ storage container in this picture too!

These are a few of my Sesame Street friends..I know all of them on my wall. All of my wall decals match so it looks really good!

Handy Dandy..Mommy!

My toys are all over the house so I'm getting my own play room! Mommy and Nana bought this Elmo desk and a bookshelf/ storage container. Mommy just put my Elmo desk together all by herself. I love my new desk, it has all of the characters from Sesame Street on it!

Mommy also put my storage container/ bookshelf together and let me play with the box. I had some of my toys in it with me because I wasn't sure how I felt at first..but it was kinda cool to be in like my own fort!
