Mommy was cleaning out her closet so I was chewing on the monkey toy and watching her!

Dressed 2 Impress

 Today we had to go to Mommy's work for a meeting. I was a very good boy, I sat on Mommy's lap and played with my toys quietly, every once in a while I would talk out loud or laugh but other than that I was good. I had on my nice sweater and nice jeans with my Jordans. Mommy said I looked so cute!

So of course when we got home Mom HAD to take pictures.

Then she changed me out of my nice clothes and put me in some crawling around clothes..I was comfy like this but she said it was to chilly to just wear a onsie. I am trying to stand up when I sit like this but I get figure out how yet. Im going to keep trying!!

I Like the simple things in life......

Mommy and Gamma think it is so funny that I have all these high tech toys..that light up, play music, talk..everything. But me..I'm happy with a toy ring, a plastic shape, a barrell, my rubber ducky, and my new addition my Mommy bought my orange turtle.

They're all in this picture with me.These are my favorite toys in this picture... They dont make any noise or do anything...but I like them!

I do love my piano and all of my toys. I'm sure when I get a little older I'll like the high tech toys better.

New Hat!!

The other day after my bath I was a little cold. So since my hair was still wet Mommy decided to put this hat on me. I liked it because it had different colored dinosaurs on it. Plus it kept my head warm.

 So since it was my first time in the hat Mommy took a bunch of pictures of me in it.

After Mommy took the pictures she said that my clothes didn't match..I really don't care what I wear as long as I'm comfy..but Mom said "o'well your staying in the house today so I guess it doesn't matter." I'm doing much better since I've been home from the hospital. My machine has beeped a few times but I was fine.

Me and Mommy were playing and she took this video of me. I'm starting to play with my piano more and plus I can climb up on it!

Sitting, Kneeling, and Standing

 I have started to pull myself up so that I am standing. I usually have to have help but today I did it all on my own. I was in my crib and Mommy was putting clothes in our closet...when I DID IT..I actually yelled "MOMOMOM" and Mommy turned around and saw me standing there. She was so happy she said I was such a good boy and a BIG boy. She picked me up and hugged and kissed me alot. So I had a really good day today, besides standing up Mommy fed me a really yummy lunch, I had ham and sweet corn casserole. Then later I had some oatmeal and a jar of bananas.

 Later on in the afternoon Mommy and I were playing on the floor and I stood up on my own holding onto my crib. I was so happy!! Now I'm going to do that all the time until I'm really good at it. I feel so tall when I'm standing up.

 Then I played with my piano thing, and I used that to help me stand up. I really like that toy because whenever I push a key on it it makes a sound or it tells me the color of that key.

I was playing with everything that was on the piano. I got tired of standing up so I decided to kneel down and play with my toy.

I love spending all day with my Mommy. We do so much together and now Mommy is teaching me new things everyday. We do flash cards with colors on them and I try to pay attention as much as I can but sometimes I just wanna go in my jumper or crawl around. I am now shaking my head "no" when I'm done eating. Sometimes the food Mommy tries to feed me just doesn't smell good so I shake "no" before I even try it; but that usually doesn't work because Mommy says I should try everything at least a couple of times to see if I really don't like it. I'm drinking water much better out of my sippy cup now...water tastes so good its very refreshing.

In the hospital..

I didn't like being in the hospital but Mommy tried to keep me happy. The room was kinda small so there wasn't room for many of my toys. The nurse gave me this peach gown, I was like whats going on now I look like a girl! I had a blue one before but when Mommy washed me up they gave her this one. Of course when I was wearing this color gown, they took me to get tests and one person even said I was pretty..Mommy said, Thanks but he's a boy! I am very much a boy I like sports and my favorite color is green and I definetly do not play with dolls!

Gamma  let me sit in this rocker( they were standing right there so I couldn't fall) and yes I have 2 different colored socks on but that is becuase the white one was to keep my IV in place and the blue one kept my monitor leads on me.

Finally when I got to go home I was so happy.. I have to wear pjs with snaps or 2piece ones so my wires can come out the bottom and hook up to the monitor. I am very happy to be home and Mommy says I am back to my usual self now. I just wanted to thank everyone for praying for me..I'm not sure how the praying thing works but Mommy says she will explain it to me when I get a little older.

Great Day with Horrible Night!!

I am getting the hang of pulling myself up on my own. Mommy snapped this picture of me but I closed my eyes. I am doing that more because I know when the red light comes on the flash is coming next..I think its funny; Mommy and Gamma do not.

I was playing with the toy I got for Christmas. It hooks up to the tv and I can control what happens..its kinda like my first video game, I'm sure I'll have many more.

Later on that night at around 1am, Mommy woke up because she thought she heard me cry but I don't think I did. When she picked me up she said I was ice cold and I couldn't stand up..my legs and arms wouldn't move. I don't know what really happened I just remember being really scared and seeing my Mommy and everyone so panicked was scaring me even more. I had to get alot of tests done at the hospital but I was such a good boy and Mommy and Gamma said I was the #1 patient! The hospital wasn't very fun , I couldn't crawl or play in my jumper. I did get to meet a bunch of new people tho some were nice and talked to me and others poked me, which hurt real bad. Finally I got to go home...I was so happy! They sent me home with a sleep monitor. When I go to sleep I have to be hooked up to it and if something happens like what happened the other day it will beep really really loud, but I hope that doesn't happen again..ever! 

I'm 7 Months now!!

Today I am 7 months old! Mommy says I'm getting to be a big boy now. I recently started crawling around. Now I'm pretty good at it, I keep Mommy and Gamma pretty busy now. I feel like I've figured a bunch of stuff out in a short time. I'm crawling around, drinking from my sippy cup, pulling myself up so I can stand up, I'm eating so many different foods now that are really yummy.. sometimes I can't believe that just a few months ago I couldn't do any of that. You think I would have been boring to be around...But Mommy always says theres not a boring minute with me.

I took pictures with Mommy and Gamma but then my gums started hurting; Mommy says I'm getting teeth..but I wish I didn't have to because it hurts me and makes me cranky.

I have been pulling myself up in my crib but in this picutre I was tasting the bars..yea they weren't all that! I love being in my crib..I get some ME time, I am a chill boy, I enjoy just looking around at my sports stuff in my crib.

I hear my mom say,"oooohhhh" and now I say it too. And when I do something good Mommy and Gamma say..YAY MADDEN and clap their hands and I can't say that so I just smile, snort and clap. Now that I've achieved crawling I have to work on my walking...I know mommy and Gamma can't wait til they have to chase me(wink wink). 

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I took a long nap today and woke up at like 10:00pm. When I woke up Mommy said I had a good nap so I could stay up with her, Gamma and Gampa to celebrate the New Year. I played on the floor with some of my new toys and was in my jumper for a while then when I was on the floor Mommy said "Happy New Year Punkin" Mommy says that a new year starts right now. I don't understand why its such a big deal yet..I'll have to wait til I'm a lil older to "get it."
